Rice was very crunchy and the chicken breast was salty
**TUESDAY ONLY** Country Fried Pork Chop not crispy after I called and requested well done. no turnip greens. didnt even let me kno when I picked up.
Macaroni and cheese was so dried up that I had to throw it out
I am not sure what happened last night but this was the worst meal I ever had from Cracker Barrel. The food is always consistent and delicious but yesterday was terrible. I ordered two meals. The Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout was overcooked and bland on both orders. I am not sure if it was not fresh and that was part of the issue. The loaded mashed potatoes and turnip greens had zero flavor. It was late and we were hungry so we ate it begrudgingly. Meatloaf dry and cool.stayed in oven too long I guess
This used to be my fave but service is so downhill. The chicken and dumplings were cold and the broth was so unfathomably thick. Also, I paid for two soup cups, only got one. The bag was not stapled or securely closed at all, it was loosely tied. Smh.
Sausages and pancakes were overcooked and tough to eat, but tasted alright.
Paid for fresh strawberries but was giving strawberry puree instead and the "warm" cinnamon roll were cold (refrigerated) and the food was very bland no flavor. Highly disappointed.
