Syrup bottles packed directly inside pancake containers. Bottles had rolled all over my food during delivery and hand off.. EXTREMELY UNSANITARY Please revisit your packing procedures and protocols

The Hamburger Steak** was overcooked. there was no gravy on potatoes or Hamburger Steak**
We cant order from here without them forgetting something. Order a biscuit meal and they literally don’t give you the biscuits, order pancakes and they don’t give you syrup. It’s not worth the money anymore.
The eggs tasted like soap & sausage tasted like slimjims
Roast beef was very fatty. Also with the tremendous amount of fat, it was portioned like a kids meal. The "loaded mashed potatoes" had a melted slice of cheese and crumpled bacon bits. That's it, that's all.
My baked sweet potato was not fully loaded
