Had to order twice because I was missing an order completely, and item was left off another order, biscuits were very burnt, and tried to take stuff off an order and it was added anyway. Drivers were very nice and helpful though.
Steak was very overcooked. Need to fix the online menu to accommodate medium rare. I asked for medium because that's as low as the menu goes and still got a well-done piece of chewy dry meat. Also, where are the "eggs in a basket"? Not on the online menu for some reason. The sawmill gravy has a flavor of smoke to it, and it was not palatable at all. Basically, threw that away. Would have preferred corn muffins but didnt get to choose. Not happy with this experience at all.

Food was cold, bacon wasn't even done at all. they give you the option to pick soft or crispy. I picked crispy, however; this was even beyond soft. They were as if they literally placed them on the grill and then immediately pulled them off. There were more cheese then eggs, so I was eating cheese mainly. The only thing that was pretty much good was the French toast which is pretty hard to mess up. Sprite was just carbonation.

The salad was not fresh, lettuce was tough. Also I did not receive my dressing for the salad. The chicken fingers were hard.
They must hv burned the chicken tenders last night microwaved them and send them to my house. No honey mustard. I paid extra for loaded hashbrowns and that tasted a day old and it was freezing cold.
It was awful the steak was dr and burnt the casserole was hard and awful as well
I only received one piece of bacon and what looks like 1 egg. The 3 pancakes however were on point.
