Dasher waited a very long time to get this order because the store was so slow and when I did receive the order, there were no dumplings in my Chicken n' Dumplins. It was a sludge of wet flour with some chicken pieces thrown in. It appears that this store does not like doing delivery orders as they straight-up canceled an order i did on Uber several weeks ago.
The biscuts were hard and the hashbrown casserole tasted burnt.
The food was cold. The biscuits were burned. The dumplings were hard and the sauce had a film on it like it had been sitting for a long time. We have been DoorDashing from here a lot for my husband, who has cancer. The last two orders have been cold and disappointing.
I am very disappointed!!!! The rice was nothing but crumbs, the chicken was so breaded and salty that my mother could not eat it! The dinner was horrible; it was not what we are used to with Cracker Barrell. The Meatloaf was old and dry and I asked for mashed potatoes with gravy and only received a dab of mashed potatoes. We will not order here again. I would like a REFUND, please!!!
Portion was lacking maybe two pieces of chicken at best and it had grissle in it. They forgot the utensils and butter for the biscuits.
The food took forever to be prepared. Then the biscuits were hard as rocks. They weren't edible and I had to throw them away. The chicken breats tasted like they had been frozen and dethawed in the microwave in a hurry. I will never order food from this Cracker Barrel again. I normally love Cracker Barrel but this one is obvioulsybeing managed poorly!
The dumplings were very dry. There was also corn in my green beans
Homestyle Fried Chicken Salad was missing several ingredients. Broccoli Cheese Casserole was overdone & mushy; very disappointing. Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake smaller portion than in the restaurant & did not receive the ice cream. I feel like I way over paid for the portion & quality. Highly dissatisfied.
Second night in a row attempting to eat here. Didn't include my husband's sides and it was overall just disappointing again. We won't attempt again.
