Roast beef and mashed potatoes - perfect on a chilly night.
They did not bring the $3.75 orange juice that I ordered and payed for.
hamburger steak wasn't smothered. Drink was missing from kids meal. Cornbread was missing from one meal. Macaroni & cheese was cold. It's definitely not the best Cracker Barrel experience. And therein lies the problem, inconsistency
Horrible customer service. Part of my order was not included. I called the store for the portion to be made and I was going to pick it up. I advised I didn't live far and it wasn't an issue. Instead the manager decided to go back and forth as if the error was my issue. Instead of focusing on a solution, she continued navigating the problem. It was an example of poor leadership and management
It only had 4 pieces of beef small pieces at that. It was good though but definitely not 20 bucks worth.
Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast country fried steak was dry & tasteless
I had high expectations for Cracker Barrel's biscuit breakfast, but unfortunately, one of the biscuits was quite dry and crumbled easily, lacking the soft, flaky texture I love. The sausage was also dry, which made it less flavorful and a bit tough to eat. It’s still a cozy spot, but these issues definitely impacted my experience
the potatoes in the hash brown casserology were cruchy. everything else was good.
Very disappointed! The steak was tough & had a strange taste. My hot chocolate was only half full & it wasn't Anything like the pic! Wish I could get a refund!
