Country Fried Turkey, broccoli, and Mac n cheese all very good.
The Herb Roasted Chicken was really tasty. It had the right amount of seasonings. The salad was good. Dumplinswere really good.
Consistently tasty and good portion size. Warm and great prices. Love Monday chicken and rice with pinto beans and corn. I come at least once a week.
Uncle Herschel's Favorite Breakfast with fried catfish was great. I was afraid it might sog in transit but the fish had a nice bite to it still. Would order again.
Got Herb Roasted Chicken and the chicken was ice cold will not get again. I got Chicken Noodle Soup Bowl, Homestyle Grilled Chicken Salad, and Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake all of which were good. Soup was nice and hot so I have no idea why the main course was ice cold. I usually enjoy all their food but I was very disappointed with the Herb Roasted Chicken and will just not get that again.
The turkey was very tender but the dressing was very dry.
Meatloaf was good, mashed potatoes had big chunks of baked potatoes on them and biscuits were hard. Green beans were also good.
I got the Country Vegetable Plate, and it truly hit the spot. I had loaded mash, carrots, green beans, dumplings, and cornbread. The carrots and green beans were very good. In fact, better than i expected. I almost got corn just because it's "safe" but im glad I didnt. This was Perfect for a girl dinner.
