They forgot my drink, the mash potatoes were dry and gross. Really disappointed as they are usually SOLID. Everyone has a bad day I guess?
Sides were good. The hamburger steak was way overcooked. Very hard
3rd Order... 3rd strike. This place can't seem to get food out correctly so far. Missing sides and partially incorrect every time. I never have a problem in person, but their to-go game is weak. Not sure they'll be getting my money again.
This is the second time the roast beef has been tough and fatty. Won't be ordering it again. Vegetables were okay, not great.
Ordered a Country fried steak & Gravy and hash brown casserole country fried steak was cold and had NO GRAVY AS ADVERTISED it had an option for no gravy and trust me I didn't click I would've ordered extra but didn't see a button. The hashbrown casserole was cold as well and not as good as it normally is. Maybe there delivery person wasn't on there game today.

All the food was great except the French toast. It's made with sourdough bread and has no hint of sweetness whatsoever.
The Chicken was over cooked and dry.
I have eaten at Cracker Barrel more times than I can count and my food has never been this bad. I got the grandma sampler with scrambled eggs and an order of gravy and biscuits. No biscuits in the bag so I opted for the refund. My eggs were fried eggs that had been chopped up. The rest of the food had a stale taste. The pancakes were delicious as always, but they are really the only part of the meal I enjoyed. I was so hungry so I ate the rest or I would have asked for a refund for that as well.
