I have eaten at Cracker Barrel more times than I can count and my food has never been this bad. I got the grandma sampler with scrambled eggs and an order of gravy and biscuits. No biscuits in the bag so I opted for the refund. My eggs were fried eggs that had been chopped up. The rest of the food had a stale taste. The pancakes were delicious as always, but they are really the only part of the meal I enjoyed. I was so hungry so I ate the rest or I would have asked for a refund for that as well. Chicken was sooo dry and the macaroni wasnt giving
Bacon was completely burnt even though we ordered soft.
The second time ordering in a week. The first time forgot a whole meal. The second time gave 1 syrup for 3 orders of pancakes. Food is great but terrible at fulfilling online orders properly.
I always try to give them a chance... But it seems that they only care for the customers that come INSIDE of the store rather than us who order
The last 3 times that we have ordered from here the food has been barely edible.
The meat was tough. All of it.
