This is the second time I've ordered Cracker Barrel through door dash and both times I've had whole items missing from my order.I understand this is not DoorDash or the dashers fault they were both great both times.Unfortunately it seems if your not ordering directly through Cracker Barrel the normal care they show isn't given to your order.
Quality has gotten progressively worse. I got the burnt ends of the roast beef yet again.
Portions were VERY small and eggs over cooked and dry
Didnt receive two sides and chicken n' dumplins were watered down and barely got any. Good just was overall not good.
They forgot my chocolate cake!! The chicken meal was good, but I was really looking forward to my cake.
The food was great as always, but the Momma's Pancake Breakfast® was cold because my dasher was waiting for over an hour because my order was lost. I called the store twice to try and assist my dasher. It eventually got worked out but it was frustrating for all involved.
I gave 2 stars because i ordered a drink withrbis , and i didnt receive it. My hash brown casserole was hard(over cooked), mash potatoes were cold. I love Cracker Barrel and I know my food was already cooked and then it was just waiting on a dasher to pick up. also, my dasher had another order to deliver so I get it.
The hashbrown cass was really dry, like itd been sitting morning. And
I love cracker Barrell, but my grilled chicken tenders were completely burned!
