Everything was hot and tasty. Well packed and swiftly delivered.
I got the country fried turkey, taste was ok once I got through the exorbitant amount of breading, no gravy or cranberry was delivered so basically really big plain chicken tenders, sides broccoli cheese casserole looked like it was the dregs of the batch and slightly burnt, loaded hash brown casserole was so dry it was crunchy. Ordered cornbread and got biscuits that were stal and hard. Hamburger Steak and Mashed potatoes looked were dry and tough like they were left over from the lunch, and I received the order at 5:00 pm. So new food for the dinner time crowd. I thought Cracker Barrel was supposed to have changed back to its roots. I guess management didn't get the memo.
Biscuits very hard. Mashed potatoes also hard. Dumplings were extremely salty. Hardly any chicken in them. Carry out orders should be the same quality as dine in

The pot roast was tender. But the potatoes were mixed in the roast and carrots. Leaving an empty section that should had had the potatoes in it. There wasn't a silverware or butter for the cornbread. No napkins either.
No flavor at all. Would not order again.
You must tape the bag up to prevent anybody from reaching in and doing something to the food you can't just give a bag of food to an Uber driver that's an open bag. It must be sealed.
The cranberry relish was missing, this is the second time it has been missing.
