Soup was ice cold and in a cup size not a bowl size and we ordered 2.
Momma's Pancake Breakfast® the pancakes are horrible taste like paper cardboard! The Hashbrown Casserole Tots are too mushy inside, can’t taste the shredded potatoes!
I ordered around 6:00 p.m. and they were out of rice, had the delivery driver call to tell me and ask what I wanted instead of calling themselves, made her wait on bread, and then failed to send it. This restaurant is extremely inconsistent on customer service and sending accurate delivery orders. This was not the first time I have had issues ordering from them.
Chicken was hard and greasy like it came out of a TV dinner or Walmart. A horrible dinner
The Grilled Chicken Tenders looked like a half order compared to what we typically receive.

no chicken in the chicken noodle soup bowl..... crackers were old. how??
Ordered this at around 8:00 PM. It took over an hour to get to us. The chicken and dumplings were slimy, Coca-Cola cake was dry and crumbly. The hash brown casserole was undercooked. Everything seemed like it was either thrown together last minute or had been sitting out all day. Really disappointed because the experience is not usually this way.
Ordered corn bread but received biscuits. Dumplings a little dry, Almost no liquid.
