Cracker Barrell food is good but they never can get the delivery orders right. I ordered a chef salad which is suppose to have ham and turkey in it. My salad had no ham, turkey or cheese in it. The only meat was a small all of soggy, clumped bacon. I asked them to leave off tomatoes but got them anywayway. No dressing was in my bag. So basically I got an expensive bowl of iceberg lettuce.

Chicken was over cooked and by the color of it I could tell that it's time from them to change their cooking oil.

We had numerous items missing. We paid extra for a baked sweet potato and a regular baked potato and did not receive them. We ordered 1 coke and did not receive it. The grilled chicken tenders were very greasy. The chocolate cake was all melted and was just a big blob. We really feel their food has gone down hill and is not as good as it used to be.

I love most of Cracker Barrel's entrees, because they are delicious. I especially like the sides of Mac and cheese, squash casserole, greens and fried apples. Of all the sides, the mashed potatoes, however, are Cracker Barrel's least tasty dish. They are hard, dry and often cold. They should be whipped with butter and milk or cream. I have ordered them as a side dish several times, hoping they would improve, but they are not very good even with gravy.

The order was two chicken plates. Which comes with a breast, thigh and drum stick. 1 plate had two wings and drumstick. The other 1 breast, wing and fried nothing. This was not cheap and want a full refund. Spoke to mgr at Cracker Barrel and advised the same. Who's responsibility is it? I would think Cracker Barrel? I was advised door dash

The cinnamon roll pie is delicious, but is really TOO SWEET. It has loads of sugary filling, as well as a huge amount of icing. There was a puddle of it on the plate and, unfortunately, it sort of overwhelmed the yummy cinnamon flavor. Perhaps Cracker Barrel could make some fruit danish pies that would be an alternative that was less sweet. The chef could use the cobbler filling the restaurant already has to make seasonal fruit danish pies and I think people would definitely buy them.
