-Missing Bacon on my Barrel Bacon Cheeseburger*. It was also VERY tough/overcooked. I chose the lowest cook on it to try to prevent this! -The cookies might be good but they are ice cold!
I ordered the **MONDAY ONLY** Chicken & Rice and there was very little gravy and no mushrooms. The side chicken and dumpling soup container was only half full and the biscuits were hard.
Wow, that was pretty awful. The order was wrong (wrong kind of pancakes, no bacon) and the food itself was not great---the sausage had a very odd flavor, the pancakes seemed like frozen pancakes, and my husband's Chicken Fried Chicken had a "weird" flavor. I don't think the problems had anything to do with the food being delivered---it wouldn't have been acceptable at the restaurant, either. The post roast tasted awful. Pinto beans and seasoned rice were so so. Pot roast was yuk!! I threw it out
Meatloaf was horrible and only got a spoon full of sides
Sawmill Gravy and mashed potatoes were flavorless. The consistency of both were off - gravy was jello-ish and mashed potatoes were over blended to like eating dough. I've had the same food at the Frisco/Plano location and by comparison this was a huge disappointment!
Food was great, but they were extremely stingy with the syrup.
Multiple I items were missing. County fried steak was dry and tuff and mis gravey. Missing Sugar Plum Tea (Half Gallon) missing Country Fried Pickles missing Steak Fries missing a baked potato
They continue to ALWAYS leave items out.
