This is a great family restaurant with something on the menu to please everyone. It is good ole country cookin'. We enjoy the cornbread and biscuits. We also enjoy browsing through the general store after we have eaten.
Try their Ham and Biscuits with a mug of root beer.
interesting place old fashion style restaurant with a store inside is fun for the kids and not a bad choice to eat at once in a while.
What more anyone could want in a breakfast is beyond comprehending.This place has the best sausage I've ever eaten in 71 years!The service is friendly and fast and the rest of the cuisine is superb, especailly the pancakes.I don't shop when I go, so I can't comment on the rest of the store, but as far as food goes it is hard to see how it could be either excelled or improved.
Surprised This wasnt the exact location we were at I dont think. I believe it was north. But... I had never eaten at this place & it was pretty good! More than reasonable in price & I would surely go back.

Great food and good place for kids We love their food because of the range of choices, especially the side dishes. Everyone gets what they really want. The servers are always very helpful, and they are especially good with the kids. We keep going back because I am not afraid to take my kids there. It is fun to look in the store while waiting for our food or to play with their large oversized checkers game.
THE BEST!!!! The best home-cooking anywhere and they do make their food from scratch. It is not frozen and then shipped to them.
