Extra syrup on an order with 2 orders of pancakes and an order of French toast means you get 1 single thing of syrup. Same thing wih extra butter. They even give you an option for crispy or soft bacon, guess they can't read that either
the biscuits was hard the sausage was under cooked never have I ever ordered from them and complained
Horrible. Food was missing. Breakfast for my family ruined even though the receipt shows an employee checked off the items. I suggest a manager check to go orders.
Food was great, but the small pieces of country ham were pitiful.
My food didnt have any type of protective seal. The bag was opened with NO seal and the container also had NO seal. With so much going on i dont feel safe eat food unprotected.
Bag not sealed…that’s dangerous. Items missing and that is unacceptable. If you are out of items then the customer needs to be contacted.
I ordered the Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast and Iced Vanilla Latte. The Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast automatically comes with 2 biscuits and even though this is on the printed receipt, I did not receive the biscuits with my order. I also did not receive the Iced Vanilla Latte at all. Very disappointed in the amount of attention that was paid to get the order correct.
Scrambled eggs had a shell in them.The pancakes where unappealing to look at they looked like they cleaned a dirty griddle with them
Everything was good,The Pot Roast is very over priced for the portion
