I wish I could leave less than one and start. My order was completely wrong. I ordered meatloaf and they gave me nasty chicken. I don't even like chicken to eat since yesterday and I really needed this to be right. The only thing I could eat with the hash brown casserole. It was burnt so much. I can believe that. I will never order from this location again. Now I'm stuck all night with nothing to Union. I want my money back to you. $25 down the drain for nothing.
Food was cold when it arrived. Did not taste fresh. Very disappointing.
This review is based on the steak. It was the worst I have ever gotten from Cracker Barrel. Is there a new chef? I ordered it medium and received a steak that was crusted and hard that I had to saw through it to get to the center - which was as hard as shoe leather to TRY to eat. It was worse than well and so inedible that I just had to make do with the veggies, which were fine. The steak was the reason I selected Cracker Barrel today. It will be a while before I choose steak again.
The meatloaf wasn't what I wanted. I thought it was, but I was wrong. Carrots, and okra were good, didn't receive the Coca-Cola cake, however. Bummer.
The Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was dried out, but the rest of the meal was good.
No gravy AGAIN. Every time I order Gravy n' Biscuits they never send the gravy! The Chicken n' Dumplins are really good.
Order through door dash and most of my items ordered did not come. The items that did come was cold and not edible. I basically paid $60 for 3 scrambled eggs, 4 pancakes with no syrup, a small bowl of apples, and 6 biscuits. I will NOT order from Cracker Barrel on DoorDash!!! Worst experience ever!!
The steak was cooked too done and was tough with no seasonings . The okra, Mac and cheese and hash browns were very good.
I ordered Broccoli but you left it off. Ham was tough We ordered mixed bread and you sent 2 biscuits that smelled funny. Did not see much chicken in dumplings. We are disappointed with this order. However the carrots and macaroni and cheese were tasty.
