The Momma's French Toast Breakfast® was scorched!! I have never been so disappointed. I know it was not the usual one that cooks because her pancakes and French toast are always on point.
This was my first time using Door dash with Cracker Barrel, I normally come inside or pickup. I was very disappointed with my order of Chicken & Dumplings. They were very thick, gummy, & only one small piece of chicken in them. I will never order them again, but overall, I have always enjoyed Cracker Barrel 's food. Hopefully, my next experience will be better.
Grits was watery. Biscuits were old and my drink was not cover with a secure tab neither was my food. Will never order from here again. I just threw away $37 dollars
This was our first time getting delivery from Cracker Barrel. Our delivery driver was great. The food, however, was not impressive. We ordered 2 plates. Neither plate had our second ordered side. We also ordered 2 desserts, that we did not receive. It was very disappointing. So all in all, we paid for about $15 worth of food that we didn't receive. Don't think we will be trying this one again anytime soon.
Missing items. Everytime we order from here some is not included.
Food is always good, however Cracker Barrel "always" forgets something! Not always something small either. My orders are "always" missing a side or gravy for the items orders or an additional gravy. Its not easy to eat plain mashed potatoes or chicken fried chicken without gravy. It has messed up my meal on many occassions.

The hashbrown casserole was undercooked
Chicken was dry and pieces were not the best but it was edible
