Was not greeted but other ppl were even to the place where they blocked isle to talk with the guest we left and drove to the next location and service was better but the friendly staff . Was not like it use to be
I called and spoke to the GM of the Snellville, GA location regarding the poor MGMT. My daughter, grandkids and I made over 6 attempts to eat there and each time over an hour and 45 min wait. The GM apologized and said he would send me out a $50.00 gift card that I never got. No wonder the managers of the restaurants act like they do, they follow lead from the G.M.'s. I am totally frustrated with Cracker Barrel. This issue started 11/21/2020 and as of today, 12/10/2020 I have not received ANY response from Cracker Barrel for multiple attempts to resolve the problem. We received at multi value gift card for Christmas last year (2019). Card was loaded with $35 and properly activated. I never received a promo $10 bonus card for a Monday 10/23 pickup of a Thanksgiving Heat n' Serve family meal. When picking up the meal the restaurant said it would be emailed to me. Got my receipt and other marketing emails sent to me but no promo gift card. Checked my inbox and spam folder; nothing. The management was rude and unprofessional we constantly heard screaming and sexual comments and words obscene behavior. I was serviced by what I remember was a young women in training she was a sweetheart and tried her hardest and the older women was very disrespectful for her I attempted to give the server in training a $30 tip because you could tell the lady was doing her so wrong and really did not like her occupation.
