Hamburger steak had no gravy so it was basically just a dry hamburger. I paid $4 for macaroni that did not even half full the small cup it was in. The rice grains were hard.
They forgot my order of biscuits and corn bread. I would hope that with a $50+ order they could remember the small things too
Soup was delivered cold (as in out of the refrigerator) and it was so salty that it was inedible.
They always seem to mess up the order by not including items.
I was really disappointed with this order. The food itself was bland, and I didn’t receive what I asked for. I ordered the hamburger steak with broccoli and cheese casserole and mashed potatoes. When the dasher arrived at the restaurant, they were out of the casserole. I asked if it could be substituted with mac and cheese and if the mashed potatoes could be made loaded since I paid the upcharge for the casserole. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. Eggs weren't scrambled and the sausage was raw
