There was no gravy on the chicken, which was also rubbery. The hash browns casserole tasted like it had more garlic than potato, and the mashed potatoes were off. The gravy on it was nasty. I've never been more disappointed in a cracker barrel order in my life. Everything was funky. All I ate were the biscuits, which were over salted.
fried chicken tasted old, okra was bland and hard. Very disappointed in the meal!
Food was cold when received. Macaroni burnt and beans were okay. For the price I paid it should have been better.
But only got 3 1/2 fries with the burger ordered.
The pancakes were burnt. And there was an item missing from my other breakfast item. :-/
Sweet potato skin was cooked to point of being shriveled up with a solid layer of burnt ash encasing the potato itself-so couldn't eat skin. Ordered loaded baked potato W/O bacon and yup, you guessed it-was full of bacon bits. If you checked this order for accuracy you failed! This is not a labor shortage issue...it's a let's rush to get through and if there are some errors oh well....there is a labor shortage. chicken tenders were ice cold and way way way overcooked.
The southern chicken was extremely cold and the mashed potatoes had the wrong gravy and were very cold and had hard chunks.
