Chicken was burnt and dry
The Peach Cobbler was horrific I get almost to the bottom of the bowl and I find a metal strand in the bowl. The cornbread and biscuits were like hockey pucks and the Chicken Tenders were over cooked beyond eating. A complete waste of money in my opinion. I wont be coming back again!
The fried okra tasted old like it had been sitting out under heat lamps for days & them the sweet potato wasn't cooked through
Sausage wasn't all the way done. Egg whites had some some blue dots on them along with brown seeds or whatever that was in the cheese and eggs.
Very disappointed in Cracker Barrel. not even a full spoon of hollandaise sauce, not even getting biscuit wet. More like just ordering 2 eggs, 1 biacuit, dry. which were cooked too done, even though ordered over easy. Nothing like picture:( Also, ordered smoked sausage, got regular. No condiments, even salt, pepper, no butter for grits, jelly, fork, napkins, etc. Not their usual level of service!
I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and only received sausage. No biscuits. Another meal came with gravy and biscuits. I had to use the biscuits for the sausage. Had to cook biscuits to go with the gravy. At $30 it is disappointing that I was missing half of a meal and had to supplement it. At that point the gravy was cold and had to be reheated
I order the sausage and eggs with grits and large orange juice. the sausage was burned, the eggs tasted like powder, and I only received a small orange juice. even my biscuits taste burnt. I spent a lot of money to be disappointed.
Ive always liked Cracker Barrel, they have gone up in price and the portions got significantly smaller. Also they forgot 4 of the items I ordered...... so that sucked. I just wish theyd go back to their original way of business
Southern Fried Chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil, sat all day and dried out, too dry and hard to eat. Very disappointed!
