I like the predictability of their food. However, the meatloaf I got tonight was terrible. It was super dry, and lacking in flavor. A rare miss for Cracker Barrel. Everything else we ordered was good. 
Missing food --- ordered biscuits, none were in the bag even though the receipt had a check on it. Multiple containers were squished, and one was spilt.
The mashed potatoes were brown and tasted like they were days old. We had two dishes where the meat and the mashed potatoes were supposed to have the white gravy, but they only sent one cup of gravy. I do not recommend!!
Unseasoned vegetables. The pot roast tasted old like it had been cooked days previous stale bread Will not do again big waste of money
seems like quality is going down hill. mashed potatoes were like cement, chicken tenders were old...sad considering how much i spent on it.
Order was received cold and missing items. No forks or napkins, no syrup, in spite of ordering 3 entrees requiring syrup. Hashbown casserole was "out" as indicated on receipt but no substitution was made- leaving that order short a side altogether. Portion of gravy was minuscule- we ordered for two people
Every time I've ordered from this store, something has either been wrong or missing.
Paid for cheese and no cheese, fruit cup just a few pieces in the bowl
I get cracker barrel often and usually I have no complaints but this time it was not good. burnt hamburger, fries were old cold and nasty..I didn't get my biscuits..this meal was true disappointment because know how good it usually is.
