The country fried steak was so overcooked there was no moisture left in it and it was difficult to cut with a steak knife. Very disappointing
Had two weeks ago was delicious Today nothing was satisfying meatloaf burnt apples so big had to cut to eat hash brown casserole was all cheese and bacon hardly any potatoes and everything cold ordered a piece of carrot cake didn't get circled on order slip marked n/a not what I expected from Cracker Barrel been eating with them for many years huge disappointment
I've ordered from here several times and they've always forgotten an item
Cinnamon rolls were so hard I could knock on them, was really looking forward for them!!
I ordered 3 orders of bacon and only received one order. My Two Buttermilk Pancakes were huge and burnt. Very dark. I am extremely unsatisfied.
Paid extra for sides for ham dinners, never got them. Said the sides were out. So instead of asking us if we wanted something else, we just didn't get our sides. Only got a hamburger with nothing else because they were out of that side too
The strawberry French toast was absolutely horrible. Itwas so hard I couldn't even eat half of it. I can't believe Cracker Barrel allowed this to leave the restaurant. My husband's Uncle Hershel was fine.
The steak was horrible besides that, the biscuits, and sides were delicious.c
Eggs had shells scrambled in. Did not enjoy at all. Shell fragments got into all of eggs.
