Ordered the New York Strip Steak n' Shrimp Combo. Received only a steak. Also they were out of the **SATURDAY ONLY** Southern BBQ Ribs yet we were not informed. Steak had no flavor and was grossly undercooked. Asked for medium but received one not even rare. Steak was practically raw but seared on the outside. Great concept, poor execution. Not enough casserole, syrup, or strawberries. A little whipped cream would have been nice.
Burnt meatloaf and cold sides. Hadn't any issues in a while. This time, I was turned off for good. Thirty dollars spent for this disappointment.
They smashed it all together and its so gross you cannot eat it. Everything was mixed together
I ordered the Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole and the eggs were over easy and not scrambled. The imagine of that running egg made me sick to my stomach. We checked off Crispy Bacon for a side and the Bacon was barely cooked. I was very disappointed with this meal.
Liquid smoke was all you could taste on the chicken and green beans. Ordered biscuits and corn bread they sent biscuits only.
Both Chicken Fried Chicken meals missing the county gravy. Both meals were cold. Biscuits must have been packaged up in the morning or yesterday because they were cold and stale and hard. I asked for 4 butters for 4 biscuits, but that was ok as we couldn't eat the biscuits anyway. I paid $47 for meals and only received a $10 refund. I will never order from here again. That's the worst food ever! My husband and I used to enjoy their food but now the quality is bad. Only enjoyed the biscuit and cornbread. I need a refund.
Inconsistent. Ordered my favorite cake that is usually excellent and got a mess. It just gives the impression that whoever is packing the order doesn't care.
