My Southern Fried Chicken was burn. It tasted gross. Chicken is suppose to be golden brown. Not dark brown. Mac and cheese was not cheesy. Very disappointed.
I ordered hamburger steak medium, smothered, with mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli cheddar casserole. Cornbread for the side. Well, this is well done and smothered with onions, no gravy. No gravy on the cold, dry potatoes. Did they run out of gravy? They were out of the broccoli cheddar casserole, so I subbed broccoli and cheddar. The cheese is congealed. I'm not sure if it's because I ordered thru DD but the food was horrible. I didn't get a third of my order and what I did get might as well have sat on a counter top for days. my Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage were hard as a rock and cold as can be. my daughter spit out her mini burgers (and she's not picky about burgers). the Iced Caramel Latte i bought was smaller than a Starbucks small and absolutely tastes horrible --- the whole experience was horrid. I don't recommend.
No gravy that was ordered and corn on the cob was burnt. Curious, corn on the cob with other meal was fine, yet this one was sent out dry and crusty.
Drink was not full, and half my order was not there. Food was also cold and undercooked.
The grits literally tasted like water, no flavor to them the steak was tough, my plate was warm not hot, the fruit was delicious
Raw burger for my child's kids meal. Thrown pot pie, Thrown fresh toast and coming out of container sides.
For about tge 4th or 5th time now, my order has been incomplete. I love their food, but I'm getting ripped by paying for food that I'm not receiving.
French toast breakfast was good but the tea was gross and overpriced
