Seriously, try the Homestyle Chicken & French Toast - The Chicken is so moist and flavorful but not what I was expecting from Cracker Barrel but BETTER!
Country Vegetable Plate is a favorite. Everything was delicious, but they did substitute baked apples for my pinto beans. I missed having those with my turnip greens.
Food was very good, but not worth the portions...
I do just LOVE Cracker Barrel. I've not had a bad experience in years. I ordered the grilled chicken tenderloins (honey mustard dip), with fried okra (ranch dressing), hash brown casserole, and fried apples. Also cornbread & biscuit.. Delicious!! My friend ordered the Sampler.. included Chicken & Dumplings and Meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy & not sure but I think green beans. Also, got a biscuit & cornbread. She also loved her dinner.
