Good food. Just sad that I only received my order by the time everyone else was done eating. Interesting place. Loved the log fire.
Food was great. so was our waitress, she was very attentive, but the hostess who brought us to our table was extremely rude. She needs to get her manners in check!!
Visited today for the the first time grits were very slimey and hard , the waitress brought us the wrong order which was someone else’s , took it back into the kitchen and took the food out to the other table . The gravy and sausage was very powdery and more like flower gravy. Sue the Waitress was okay.
Service was alright, we sat waiting for refills over 10 mins. Food was good but I was a bit scared to eat it after what I saw😂. The cleanliness of our table, silverware and the floor was awful. I almost wanted to leave. The silverware should not have leftover food on it. As a server if I saw that I would have immediately sent them back to the dishwasher. Unacceptable, I used to love this place, what happened🤦♀️
We love CB and always enjoyed breakfast. Unfortunately, our last visit on a Saturday morning was a bit frustrating. We don't mind waiting for a table on a busy morning but it seemed like everyone around us received their food and left as our table of three waited patiently for pancakes and eggs. The waitress apologized and tried to stay on top of refills as we waited and waited. Luckily we talked but then my diabetic wife was crashing.
