Service was alright, we sat waiting for refills over 10 mins. Food was good but I was a bit scared to eat it after what I saw😂. The cleanliness of our table, silverware and the floor was awful. I almost wanted to leave. The silverware should not have leftover food on it. As a server if I saw that I would have immediately sent them back to the dishwasher. Unacceptable, I used to love this place, what happened🤦♀️
My experience here today was very pleasant. I had Country Fried Chicken, and chose the fried okra and mashed potatoes as my two sides, and a peach iced tea as my drink. The food was absolutely delicious, and the waitress was superb!!!
Very long wait for order. Waitress only had a few tables. Had to ask for standard items, like plates for the appetizer, rolls. Never checked if orders were ok after waiting 45 minutes for them. Then waiting 20 minutes for Togo containers and a bag. She was very unprofessional. And curiously, she brought drink refills when none were asked for and we still had full glasses. Sheffield location.
I’ll start by saying ask for Jenelle, I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 10 years, some of the best service I’ve had in I couldn’t even tell you how long, and I go out to eat A LOT. The food was amazing. I live in PA and I’m so disappointed by my local Cracker Barrel lately because the service and food hasn’t been great, I really wish the servers, cooks and managers from this one could teach mine how it’s really done. 100/10, A++ to everyone who works here. Thanks for an awesome visit!
My aunt and I went to cracker barrel after my Dr's appt. The service was slow and they were not busy. They charge for every little thing and the food just wasn't good. Eggs were overcooked and the bisquits were dry. The gravy was heavy on the flour and extremely thick. Literally all I could taste was flour. The dining experience was not great.
