you can't get breakfast at breakfast time, can't het lunch at lunch time. workst customer service I've had in a long time!
After a long wait, they finally told the Dasher that they were out of this item. I then ordered Louisina shrimp skillet which was supposed to come with 2 sides. After another really long (45 minute) wait, the Dasher was on his way to me but the shrimp dish is really small, like a small lunch order with only ONE side. I don't plan to order from here again!
I didn't get any of my sauces. I got the chicken tenders and there was barely any coating on the chicken. The onion petals were super undercooked. And I didn't get my biscuit. I fully get being understaffed and having to wait longer, but it was just bad. I'd rather wait longer for quality than get bad food quick, especially from a restaurant.
Paid $45 f so biscuits NO GRAVY!!??
They forgot silverware and condiments and the hash brown portions were much smaller than expected, especially given how expensive it was.
This is probably the worst tasting food I've ever ordered. The meatloaf looks and taste terrible. Doesn't look like real meat. A spoonful of gravy on the mash potatoes and store bought macaroni and cheese. Meatloaf
Friday Fish Fry...what a joke. Three small end pieces of soggy, overcooked fish. Worst ever!
Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage gravy portion was only half of the cup that it was in and was only enough to eat with one of the biscuits. very disappointing as it was supposed to be enough for a meal.
Food was cold and instead of letting us know that food items were not available (so we could choose something else) they just sent a message on the receipt saying that they "don't have". I paid full price for the country vegetable plate but I only received half of the meal!
