The only thing decent about my order was the pancakes but they weren't nearly a good as I've previously had from here. The bacon was not crispy even though that was the option I chose, at that point they shouldn't give a choice. The egg was just okay, the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was incredibly dry, and I did not receive my Plain Hashbrowns.

 It is disappointing to see how the service at this restaurant has gone down. They are always out of items. Food presentation is not pleasing and unkempt

I ordered 2 pieces of cake with my food and I did not receive it...and who ever made those greens need not to make the greens they where absolutely horrible

I ordered gravy on the side which was not inclu. I also order fried okra and hashbrown casserole which was overcooked almost burnt and inedible. Very disappointing because Cracker Barrel is not normally that way.

First of all, they got my order wrong. Instead of sending the mashed potatoes and gravy and bacon macaroni and cheese, I was sent 2 sides of macaroni and cheese. As for the Pot Roast itself, I was not impressed. It honestly tasted like leftovers. This was my first and probably last order from Cracker Barrel.
