Normally my biggest complaint about Cracker Barrel is the prolonged waits after you get there and management who do not focus on solving this problem. No complaints on the food and wait staffs...
It's a chain but when my friends from CA visited NC, this spot was their one requested must stop breakfast, only they ordered it at dinner time. So maybe it's a tourist stop but my family still loves eating there for breakfast. Love their hash brown casserole, bacon, and chicken n dumplings.
Down home food If you've eaten at one the quality is about the same. Food like grandma used to cook. Down home country atmosphere that almost takes you back in time. Nice place go get a bite to eat. Waitress was friendly and quick to make sure our glasses were never empty
A favorite stop when travelling We love to stop at Cracker Barrel when traveling. The food was very good. We did have an issue with the mashed potatoes not arriving at the table hot - it took us three tries! Other than that, everyone else had a great meal.

Great stop for a road trip. food above average , atomsphere very good This particular Cracker Barrell was not the best of the best , but its still rates a very good as for service and food. Didn't have any complaints and service was good.
