Food was cold and Buttermilk Biscuits (4)were burnt and stale . Not worth the money
First off foods always great but this is now the second time I place a to go order and something is missing. I ordered the biscuits and gravy meal and the most important part is missing, the gravy, yikes
The food was room temp when it got here, but that's fixable. It can be heated up. However their serving size didn't even fill up the "sides" compartment in the container. For example, the chicken tender kids meal had 5 (and yes I counted) FIVE steak fries and 3 small tenders for $8.47. We were shorted on Mac and cheese and turnips. Only the corn and mashed potatoes had normal portions. And they have discontinued pork chops and black-eye peas on New Year's Day. C'mon, that is a tradition
All-Day Pancake Breakfast Family Meal My first order was missing most of the meal, we got 6 pancakes and a side of apples. I figured that was because of the driver, so I ordered again, we were only given 6 pancakes, the picture shows two containers of 6 and we were missing our side of fried apples. Super disappointing, considering the cost.
The steak was far from medium well it was bloody and almost still mooing. It was packaged badly and the beans that are normally in a container were just in the plate/dish and on the trip my meal became seasoned with pinto beans. Beans and bean juice were everywhere. It was the worst I've had ever from using door dash. Makes me hesitate to use again
The country fried steak was way over cooked and dried out. The sausage patties were way overcooked as well. They were like mini hockey pucks.
I wouldn't know if the meatloaf was any good, the only item available was chicken tenders.They were terrible, very rubbery.
The food was terrible. Portions were very small and cold. Some things we couldn't even eat. The desert, biscuits, and the chicken without the gravy that it was supposed to have were the only thing we could eat. The dasher was great! On time and very friendly. This was not a dashers fault!!!
