They must've switched cooks because the quality of food is gone bad the mashed potatoes are like bricks. They're hard. I mean it's like they just chopped them up. Didn't put salt or pepper or nothing in them. You can't get enough gravy on them to make them taste good other vegetables are all plain too, they make good macaroni and cheese, but that's about all I can say are used to love their southern fried chicken but now I don't taste good at all. I don't know what they've done.

the food was delicious, but the tea was half full and didn't have enough of ice in it.
Ordered the Friday Special, Country Coastal Sampler with potato and green beans. I love Cracker Barrel, but this was the worst meal ever! Everything was cold and tasted like it had sat for hours. Fish was soggy, shrimp was inedible and had a terrible taste, green beans had no flavor, and potato was definitely warmed over and not fresh. Very disappointing.
They didn't bother to send my pancakes or my tater tots. I paid for those too. The steak was way over cooked and I ordered cheese in my eggs... paid for that too... didn't get it.
