The amount of gravy for a family meal was below expectations. The grilled steaks were rubbery and stuck together, like they were mircowaved instead of grilled and had a bad odor, same as yhe chicken, instead of frying them after they sperated them, they put a big ball of chicken in the fryer so when they cooked, it cooked in a ball shape instead of a strip, some of them were not cooked all the way. All around bad meal for the price. Ive alwaays had a good experience until yesterdat.
Several items were either missing or incorrect from our order and the blueberry pancakes were undercooked so they had raw pancake batter in the middle. Cracker Barrel always seems pretty hit or miss, just inconsistent. They left out my husbands biscuits and gravy and the pecans in his pancake were missing...
They left multiple items off of the order. When I called, they said I can either come in to pick up the missing items or contact Door Dash to get a refund of the missing items. Additional work for me even though it is their error.
I ordered Momma's Pancake Breakfast® with a side of Hashbrown Casserole. The food was as expected, and was still warm on delivery. The Dasher did a Great job and have no complaints with him. The restaurant, Cracker Barrel on Bradley Park Drive in Columbus was very slow with making the order. My Dasher arrived on schedule to pick up the food but had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be ready. Cracker Barrel caused my delivery to be delayed about 30 minutes after the estimated time.
I ordered mama's pancakes, they were burnt. No good flavor at all. I requested blueberry syrup, they sent one container. Not nearly enough for 3 big pancakes. Bacon was perfect, eggs were good. Iced latte (not to impressive) maybe because the ice was melted by the time it made it (which is not anyone's fault). Overall just disappointed by the breakfast I was very much looking forward to.
The food tasted off like it had some odd Smokey flavor. We were missing the biscuits for the Biscuit Breakfast as well. It only had the sausage in the box.
I ordered Momma's Pancake Breakfast®with scrambled eggs and bacon. The eggs had egg shells throughout. I could noteat them.
The Country fried chicken is not in my order. they put a chicken strip in my meal this meal was almost 30.00! unexcepable
Chicken lacks flavor and sauce. Potatoes are missing the gravy and they failed to complete order. Missing cornbread and biscuits.
