the food took forever and it tasted terrible
Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage. gravy was like water.. biscuit was burnt... Cheesy Grits were just nasty. I was so disappointed because my foodid always good.😭
The best grilled chicken I have had here. I ordered fruit at an extra cost, and it was not included. Disappointing!
The dumplings were inedible. There was 1 small piece of chicken, the rest was extremely salty dumplings. I had the same problem last week, I thought it was a fluke because they are normally delicious. Twice I have thrown them away. Will not order again.
they always forget the gravy
We have ordered two of **WEEKEND ONLY** Honey Butter Southern Fried Chicken. for the last several weeks. This is the first time that we didn't receive biscuts, didn't receive a breast in each meal and no honey. This is a weekend only meal.
The Best Classic Meatloaf was good but portion size was like something that would be on a kids menu. Ordered mashed potatoes with brown gravy, no gravy included. Bowl of Turnip Greens was minimal and not much more than a side order. Silverware not included nor was there any butter for my cornbread. Cracker Barrel on Bradley Park Dr needs to understand that customers who order through 3rd party apps pay a premium for the service. Did not receive complete order. Side item of turnip greens was missing from Fish Fry order. I don't understand why the restaurant personnel did not check to make sure the order was correct.
Way too much salt in my chicken and dumplings. Inedible. I get them quite often and this is the first time I have had this problem.
