I ordered smothered hamburger steak and got a dry steak with onions. I called the restaurant and asked for a Manager hold just for them to pick up the phone and slam it down. Then I call back, and nobody picks up.. ..
do better cracker barrel. this delivered food was far inferior to whats in the restautant. small portions and stale.
The peach cobbler is just a gel-like substance with peaches (mine was burnt) and 4 breadlike crackers plopped on top. Its not worth 1.50, so paying $7 felt like a huge waste. Its mostly inedible.
Eggs weren't scrambled and had shells in them. Steak tips were not cooked well done like I asked.
Meatloaf was a little over cooked.
Got two Momma's Pancake Breakfast® and the pancakes were rubbery like they were microwaved or really old. Crispy bacon came out very limp and white. My over medium eggs were busted and all over my limp bacon. Tried to our meals but we ended up trashing it because it just wasnt good. Got the Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich for my son and it was missing the biscuit. The only thing that came out good was the coffee. It was hot and they gave me cream and sugar like requested.
This chicken pot pie is ridiculous! seriously overcooked. looks like it was made yesterday and reheated.
One thin slice of Roast Beef and the loaded potatoes were horrible. Doubt that I will order again. Usually amazing food.
Horrible!!!! The whole order was wrong, or, to gross, to eat. Meatloaf... not like the picture or description. It was dry. My sides: okra, carrots, mashed potatoes. Didn't receive the okra. Carrots and mashed potatoes were cold, dry, like it had been sitting out for hours. Mashed potatoes were supposed to have gravy, NOPE... screwed that up, too. Why ask what kind of gravy?
