sausage was undercook and Momma's French Toast Breakfast® the French toast wasn't good
The Chicken n' Dumplins were bland, the mashed potatoes were bland, the Hash Brown Casserole was not as flavorful and the top was hard. The Mac & Cheese with bacon was ok, but the bacon was in huge pieces. I expected it to be smaller and mixed in. The Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was MASSIVE!! I shared it with my coworkers and we all agreed that was delicious! I'm disappointed in the rest of the food, but maybe it was an off day.
The Hashbrown Casserole was less than half an order. the grits were cold with clumpy cheese. we paid for Extras syrup and it wasn't included. there were cheese on the eggs that we didn't want.
Everything was blend besides the chicken, meatloaf no thick with no sauce or seasoning. mash potatoes were dry no seasoning. Waste of money
New York Strip Steak n' Shrimp Combo is well cooked and seasoned. The apples always great. Dumplings soup was cold and not tasty.

The plum tea was really good. The biscuit benny was thrown tog sloppy hard sausage old hashbrowns as well Benny was also missing green onion and tomato's was very disappointed
I didn't love the Country Vegetable Plate because all of the sides (except the okra) lacked seasoning. The pinto beans were horrible, as they were all stuck together. The U.S. Farm-Raised Fried Catfish - 2 Pieces was okay. The fish wasn't seasoned either. The U.S. Farm-Raised Grilled Catfish - 2 Pieces was better than the fried but still disappointing. Overall, it was underwhelming.
