This Cracker Barrel is amazing. The waitress was super kind, took her time with us and got our food out in very little time. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I loved the small bottles of syrup that you were able to take home if not finished. The French toast was sooo good. I would definitely come back!
I hadn't been to a Cracker Barrel since I was a kid. After hearing so many people talk about it, my husband and I decided to give it a try. We went right around 11:00 am so they had just started serving lunch and breakfast is all day. After browsing each menu and having difficulty deciding, I opted for lunch while my husband ordered breakfast. He got the country boy breakfast with sirloin tips. This Cracker Barrel is such a sweet place! The staff were very courteous. We walked right in and was promptly seated at a table. The waitress was very attentive to our needs, although she forgot to put in the order for our fried pickle appetizer. We wanted to eat on this before our meal arrived. The lady who brought our food to us mentioned the pickles to the waitress. She was very apologetic and had them prepared for us. The country fried turkey was delicious!
Mary is an amazing individual and a fantasticly attentive server! Super happy with the whole experience!!
Luckily we didn't wait long to be seated. However, we waited at least 30 minutes on our food. The waitress NEVER communicated on why. We were trying to cancel our order but never saw our waitress. She never offered biscuits or checked on us at all. Then the food came out. Eggs were cold and slimy. Waitress never asked if it was good. She dropped the food and left. Worst experience at a cracker barrel to date.
