Hamburger steak very tough and dried out. Requested to be cooked medium well. Badly overcooked. Unable to eat. Option for gravy on meat was not offered on app. Vegetables were acceptable.
ordered twice. gave a 2nd try but NO = waste of money. both times items missing. both times some parts overdone=fried chicken. some parts underdone = biscuits. will not order again.
Usually the biscuits are moist and soft. These were hard and dry. The sausage seemed like it had been microwaved. Very rubbery and extremely salty. Not happy at all.
Missing most items - what I received was cold & tasted old. They have really gone downhill with quality and taste. No more for me.
The breading on the fried chicken was chewy and not at all crispy. The kids chicken fingers were hard too. Only thing decent was basically the biscuits. Probably won't order to go from here again.
it was smaller than I expected. I wish the menu had said "side salad" so I could have ordered larger ones
I ordered the homestyle BLT that has the maple glaze and mayo on it. All my food came wrapped in tinfoil. There was NOTHING on my sandwich other than an old wilted piece of lettuce and the chicken.
Mashed potatoes were dry and clumpy. The gam steak was burnt to a crisp on both sides making it inedible.
