Homestyle Fried Chicken Salad was missing the chicken. Mash Potatoes were not fully cooked.
Really late getting here which I think was a long delay at the restaurant. Food arrived with little warmth. Beef portion was less than usually comes with this order.
A lot of bad food doesn't make up for all the issues! Mashed potatoes were cold & tasted old. The chicken tenders were overcooked. I don't think the green beans were anything but strings! I have eaten at Cracker Barrel for years, it is sad to see (taste) how much they have gone down hill.
Food was cold and seem to just be thrown in containers... the portions were very small compared to the price for extra... this is not the first time we have order this choice so we could tell that this order was just thrown together... maybe due to it being a early morning order or maybe due to someone having a bad morning.
The food was great as always but this is the 3rd time Ive ordered and they left out my biscuits.
Steak was over cooked. Everything else tasted just like at every other Cracker Barrel out there .
The biscuits were hard, and the gravy was cold. the Hashbrown Casserole was so cold it was like it had just came out of the refrigerator. Very disappointed.
Food was cold. Missing an ordered green bean. The roast beef is ONLY fat. Disappointed
The steak is a piece of gristle! Can't even eat it!
