The Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was disgusting, it was dry and the chocolate tasted horrible. The country Chicken Fried Chicken I ordered did not come with the white gravy...
The Turkey was dry, overcooked and even though out of soup, no contact to tell me and paid more for it .
No seasoning on veggies. Hash brown casserole dry, no flavor. Ham dry, tough like jerky. Very disappointing.
Pancakes were burnt and did not taste good
Second time we ordered Country Fried Steak and didn't get any gravy! Didn't receive green beans, biscuits were hard and sausage was fried too much and was dry. Must have new cook and bagger!

You guys need to get it together! Ths food has become terrible and to think people were fighting about a logo, when they should have been fighting about the food quality that is coming out of the kitchen. Chicken Fried Chicken hard as a rock, they forgot the gravy, tried to bit to cut with plastic knife and it was difficult. The loaded baked potatoe look like it has been sitting for days, no sour cream, the potato was hard and under cooked. MESS
