The hash brown casserole and country ham tasted terrible, like they were cooked in water from a bottle that's been sitting in a hot car for a month. The pancakes were good, though.
Foods good but when did they stop putting anti tamper seals on the bag and plates? Kinda iffy about eating this.
Food was cold- had to be reheated in the microwave. They took forever to make the order they could have atmeast made it hot. The Peach Cobbler was a little burnt but wasn't terrible. The gravy was horrible and cold even after being heated it was like a lump....
Didnt get kid drinks after telling me she was waiting on them and even askedwhat I wanted to replace them with after they didn't have what I originally ordered.
The ham smelled and tasted like old wet dog food. The loaded hashbrowns always good.
Food takes over 45 minutes to prepare. The pinto beans were dry and hard no seasoning. The biscuit and cornbread also dry and hard. Meatloaf was ok at best. There were only about 6 French fries on the plate with the chicken sandwich. Quality of food and service has went down.
ALL the food WAS COLD. The worst part is the Ham, Bacon were burnt and I could not chew the ham at all. I will not order from Cracker Barrell ever again.
Restaurant had no coffee, I want a refund. There was no syrup, napkins or utensils in the bag. I ordered country ham, received 3 small pieces of 3 different meats. Fruit amounted to cut up chunks of sour pineapple. I am homebound so order delivery frequently. This is not what I expect from Cracker Barrel, a once favorite.
Dumplins were half empty when they got to me and I'm missing 5 Corn Muffins from my order!
