Tried 3 separate times ordered a pick up order on my lunch break and at this point I will never order from here again. All 3 times they said my order was ready, picked up and still had to wait 25 mins. just to get my food and everything is cold each time. I'm thinking my food would have been fresh after waiting all 3 times I ordered but it wasn't even a little warm. I think I've given them more than enough chances.Will. will.not be ordering here again. Doesn't deserve any stars but I had to at least give 1 to post a review
Quality issue. Store never checks orders and is always missing something consistently. Food is good if you get it all.
the biscuits were burnt on top and hard on the bottom the pancakes were burnt I did not enjoy that breakfast for the money I had to pay

I should have scrambled my own damned eggs. CB's scrambled eggs were gross-not fluffy, not pretty. They were actually more fried in looks and taste. pancakes: 2 fluffy and thick, and 1 slender
The food was a much smaller portion than it is when you eat at the restaurant. Kinda feel ripped off
Undercooked carrots . Everything else was great
My food was extra cold. Pancakes rubber
The quality of food since the pandemic has changed this used to be my favorite restaurant but now the food taste horrible. The hashbrown casserole I just ordered taste and smell spoiled. Nothing seems to taste the same even the eggs have a horrible smell and taste like rubber. I've ordered a few of my favorite items and it's just not the same very disappointing.
