Steak not edab fat and not good
I olaced an order and it was canceled but iwas charged. I ordered again and it was 46 minutes delayed because the bread wasnt ready. Then they did not even add all the bread. I called and was out on hold for 13 minutes before I hungup Terrible service all the way around. Door dasher was terrific though!
Food was wrong . Eggs were over medium not over easy supposed to be three I paid extra for three eggs .Bacon so tough could not eat it .Gravy is like paste can you see it won't even pour its paste !! Also everything is cold .
Portion sizes are smaller than kids meal portions. So disappointing.
All the dinner items were Very cold and portions exceptionally smaller than usual
Where the Roast Beef? Dried out and small portion with both roast beef and turkey. Suggest you request gravy on the meats.
I asked for a sweet tea and they gave me unsweet, and the biscuits were hard as rocks
It took them an hour and a half to get my food ready. Order was still wrong. Was supposed to be a loaded baked potato and they threw in a sweet potato instead. Chicken and dumplings were dry. No plastic ware or napkins included. This poor management caused my dasher to be late picking up her kids. I added a little extra on her tip. But if you ask me, the restaurant should compensate both of us!
First time ordering Cracker Barrel through Door Dash and our chicken and Chicken n' Dumplins had NO chicken- it was just a container of a few dumplins and mostly gravy. The cornbread was not included with the order and the pinto beans were cold like they had come from a fridge which was different from the rest of our order so I know it was not a driver issue. My sons The Barrel Cheeseburger* was very large size so he enjoyed that.
