The Roast Beef was not tender and the order was not complete they didn't send my corn muffins and the green beans tasted grease

Chiken was undercooked. The mashed potato container had been smashed in and the gravy leaked out everywhere.
This is supposed to be two scrambled eggs with cheese. There is barely one egg here. I paid $17 for this. I am extremely disappointed. How does something like this possibly get out the door?
Uncooked pancakes. Pancake batter still in the middle. This order was for my kids. Very disappointing.

Very poor portions. Cracker Barrel has certainly gone down in service, taste & portions, but have increased prices; go figure.
I ordered half and half tea. I received REGULAR unsweetened tea with NO ICE. This is the second time I received the wrong tea. Not acceptable, as this was a simple, one person order. Meatloaf was tasty, as were the okra and macaroni and cheese.
