The food arrived cold. The dressing was inedible and there was very lite gravy. The macaroni and cheese and pecan pie were good. The portions on the plate were very small for mash potatoes. The playe was very shallow so it looked like regular portions but were very small. My biscuit was burnt
I am usually a true Cracker Barrel fan. However, I am disappointed with the carrot cake that I ordered. First, it cost $7 and when I received it, it looks like either someone broke a piece off of it or the cake is not worth the cost. Not a good value at all.
Misleading advertising. The "100% pure natural syrup" is actually 50% cane syrup-artificial and extremely unhealthy.
The bag could have been staple together, together, so the food wouldn't be open up in the bag.for health and safety. The bag was not closed properly. (Items --pancake, eggs and meats. I personally like when traveling to be sealed.
the Weekend Honey Butter Southern Fried Chicken was undercooked.could not eatit. the broccoli side had red pepper flakes in it. conversely, thevChicken n' Dumplins was fine.
I got the Grilled Chicken Tenders with three sides(mashed potatoms, apples, and green beans). The packaging was not Doordash friendly... It was in a three compartment container in a bag. It was easy access for anyone to mess with. The bag wasn't even stapled shut.The mashed potatoes were so hard, I couldn't eat them. I probably will not order again simply because it's not packaged to prevent access.
I got the Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage and the biscuits were hard as rocks. The bacon was so hard I couldn't even chew it. The only decent thing was the gravy. My husband got The Country Boy Breakfast and it comes with pancakes but they didn't send any syrup. Very disappointing.
Pancakes are good but the syrup is trash, made of artificial sweeteners.
I paid for hard boiled egg on my salad for an extra charge and instead I got bacon bits, ordered rice but no rice, and the biscuit beignets are old and burnt!!!geesh
