The dasher did not get my large Sweet tea. I couldn't hardly understand him when he spoke. He just said,they didn't give him a drink. I also got shorted on 2 biscuits. The gravy was really thick too.
My salad had all brown lettuce. Brocolli not cooked.

Asked for a Loaded Baked Sweet Potato but was given baked potato instead. Chicken Fried Chicken was dry and overcooked!!!
the build your own breakfast is supposed to come with gravy. the last 3 times I have ordered it, the gravy is missing. this store either needs to change its menu or learn its menu. and the scrambled eggs were runny. I will not order here again.
The chicken in the Sunday Homestyle Chicken® was so hard. Overcooked and old.
Hashbrown Casserole was not worth the $4 price. Very disappointing, things are getting more and more expensive but portions are terrible.
We ordred 2 family chicken baskets we got a few pieces of chicken and a couple of pound of broccoli! No gravy on mash potatoes and to top it off cracker barrol put me on hold and never pick up the phone again to fix my order
Everything was completely cold, except the butter which had completely melted. I couldn't even eat the broccoli because it wasn't cooked - hard and unable to be eaten. The chocolate pecan pie was the only saving grace.
