Mac n cheese was burnt to a crisp. Mashed potatoes were frozen and the lemonade was watered down. Waste of money!!!
No hash browns on this menu for some reason? Ordered (and paid for) a side bowl of gravy and only received the cup that came with the breakfast order. There seems to be no way to ever order separate orders of gravy, even when in the restaurant. It happens every, single, time.
Order wrong. Grits cold , small portion. Got omelette ordered scrambled well with cheese.
Forgot my drink, and food was very bland.
There was only one small piece of chicken in the dumplings

Disappointed in the chicken. It did not seem freshly cooked. It was dark & old.
Gravy was bland and tasted old. chicken fried steak was terrible.
My Sprite was flat and tasted like very watered down soda and my food was cold by the time it was dropped off to me
