Last time I ate here the Mac and cheese was baked when I got it here it was watered and no taste
New York strip was so full of fat that it was hardly edible. It had zero flavor. My loaded baked potato arrived as a plain potato. Asked for blackberry jelly and didn't get any. Also requested butter and didn't get any. The Franklin Cracker Barrel is so inconsistent. We love a good Cracker Barrel but I think we are done giving them "just one more chance"
Eggs cooked hard and not over easy or medium. Bacon not cooked thru and biscuits are hard.
My husband felt like the New York Strip Steak wasn't as big as he was expecting. The steak could've had more flavor And the sides were an only a single scoop portion. He was expecting more for what he paid for, in the restaurant you'd get more than what you get for to go.
There were very few steak fries with the cheeseburger.
Idk why I keep giving them a chance .. foods always dried out
The food was really good, however, almost everytime I order butter, jelly, etc, it's never in the bag. I ordered onion petals and did not receive the sauce that comes with.
Dressing had TOO MUCH SAGE. It was brown in color and brunt the back of your throat.
Chicken fried chicken was just fried chicken. Hash brown casserole on the shepherd pie was burnt. Did not get sour cream, tomatoes and onions on the shepherd pie. No butter or anything to go with the biscuits. Not a good order out experiences.
