Everytime I order from this store something is wrong or missing, and it's almost always room temperature or cold because of the plastic containers.

Half our food was missing. This was my second chance with this restaurant. Very disappointed.

food was missing from order. no pancakes in my Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast but there was syrup, and it was marked off the receipt. I don't know how that happened, but this is the second time

Our order wasn't complete, we had to finish cooking our steaks. They must have been really busy because normally they are fabulous. Today was really disappointing.

Food was horrible. Didn't taste like Cracker Barrel chicken and dumplings. I've ordered them for years and they have never tasted like that

My chicken for my salad had an almost raw spot in it and my husbands tenders were wayyyy over cooked.

This was by far the worst meal I have ever received from Cracker Barrel. The steak was overcooked and tough. Salad was wilted, 2 sweet potatoes were horrible. We couldnt even eat them. Very disappointed.
