Food was good but took an hour to be ready for pick up. Driver had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for the order.
I ordered my food at 8:30 pm and everything taste like it had been cooked a while or leftovers. Not worth the money.
Got a side of steak fries and it was only 5 of them.
I got the family size hasbrown casserole thinking it came in a tray like the one in Shelbyville. $22 for barely more thanteo regular servings. Very disappointing
Outrageously expensive and they never get the order correct. Good luck ever getting gravy with your biscuits N GRAVY.
This is the 3rd time in 2 months that many items were missing. Missing biscuits and cornbread, soup, and pie. The last time the Pinto Beans were scorched.

I ordered a cheeseburger and steak fries. I used to love their steak fries. The photo above shows how my order showed up. A few reheated gross fries. Very disappointed with Cracker Barrel the last couple of orders. Won't be ordering from them anymore.
I love Cracker Barrel. I got their Catfishz. It came without tartar sauce. I paid for their Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake and didn't receive it. Door Dash offered me a refund of $2 but the cake cost $7 +. I called Cracker Barrel and they are trying to work thru Door Dash to refund my order. Im very disappointed.
