Food was just thrown together in a bag. My syrup was in some Togo containers instead of the little glass bottles they come in and it exploded all over my food and boxes so I had to literally throw everything away besides my 2 small dried out pancakes and since the syrup was at the bottom of my bag I had to eat them dry. I'm visiting home for the holidays and this has been the worst Cracker Barrel experience I've had in years. 0/10 stars, food didn't even look appealing.
The chicken and dumplings were inedible for me. I have ordered this item several times. Today it was steeped in black pepper. It was the only discernible flavor. Unfortunately, a flavor I do not like.
I ordered three separate meals and they packaged everything together. All of my meats were in the same container pork sausage and turkey sausage packaged together. No syrup for pancakes. Forgot order of turkey sausage.
Very disappointed with the Country Boy breakfast meal, ham was burnt, too tough to eat, no biscuits, no gravy, no apples that was supposed to be included with the meal, but charged for the Big meal.
The fish was small pieces and very overcooked. We picked out little fish to eat since this was a dinner.
The catfish was great, but once again, they left out part of the order. They includedthe butter, but forgot the biscuits.
Only one syrup and egg shells in scrambled eggs
The Weekend Honey Butter Southern Fried Chicken was re heated from leftovers from the night before. I know this because I've done it myself. Dumplings were more juice than dumplings. I had 4 to be exact and I counted the okra and I had 11 pieces. The chicken was very greasy. Could not eat it. The meatloaf dinner was burnt
the servings where small for a high price.
